A video has surfaced online showing several men brutally attacking a staff member at a bar in Bengaluru. According to reports, the incident occurred on Friday night at a bar in Srirampura village, under the jurisdiction of Jigani police station in Bengaluru South.
The incident was captured on CCTV, which shows a group of youths entering the frame and engaging in a heated argument with the bar staff. The situation escalates when one man smashes a glass on the counter, prompting others to launch a violent assault on a staff member wearing a red T-shirt. The attackers indiscriminately slap, punch, and kick the victim as he tries to defend himself. A few bystanders eventually intervene and separate the victim from the assailants.

The video has sparked outrage on social media, with many users demanding action against the perpetrators. According to reports, altercation began after a staff member asked the group to settle their bill before leaving. Angered by the request, the youths allegedly attacked the employee.
Criticism has also been directed at Bengaluru Police over the city’s law and order situation. One Instagram user commented, "[The police] don’t believe in protecting innocent people. I’ve been a victim of a similar incident—I provided video evidence, yet the police did nothing! They only side with those who grease their palms the most. Harsh reality. And this happened to a Kannadiga, born and raised in Karnataka!"
