What is The Age Gap Between Akhil Akkineni & Fiancé Zainab Ravdjee?

Tollywood superstar Nagarjuna took to his social media on Tuesday and announced that his younger son, Akhil Akkineni got engaged to girlfriend Zainab Ravdjee in an intimate ceremony. He shared that he was thrilled to welcome Zainab into the family and asked his fans to shower their love and blessings on the soon-to-be-wed couple.

Akhil too shared photos of his engagement on his Instagram handle, however, soon after, he deactivated the comments section. As per reports, Akhil and Zainab were trolled for their age difference and some also stated that it was an interfaith union.

What is the age difference between Akhil & Zainab?

Akhil was born in April 1994 to Nagarjuna and his wife, Amala. After pursuing his higher education abroad, Akhil returned to Hyderabad, and currently stays with his parents. At present, Akhil is aged 30.

On the other hand, Zainab is the daughter of industrialist Zulfi Ravdjee. She herself is an accomplished artist, and as per reports, she is currently aged 39.

Zainab is, thus, 9 years older to Akhil, and netizens commented on social media that they were the "new Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas".

On Tuesday, Nagarjuna surprised his fans as he announced the engagement of his younger son, given that his elder son, actor Naga Chaitanya, is all set to marry actress Sobhita Dhulipala on December 4 this year.

"We are thrilled to announce the engagement of our son, @AkhilAkkineni8, to our daughter in law to be Zainab Ravdjee! We couldn't be happier to welcome Zainab into our family. Please join us to congratulate the young couple and wish them a lifetime filled with love, joy, and your countless blessings (sic)," Nagarjuna wrote.

Akhil too shared some dreamy photos on Instagram and wrote, "Found my forever...Happy to announce that Zainab Ravdjee and I are happily engaged (sic)."
