Amid speculation surrounding their marriage, Govinda and Sunita Ahuja were once again not seen together during Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. After returning from the US, Govinda offered prayers with their children Tina and Yashvardhan, while Sunita remained absent. She had earlier celebrated Ganpati with the children when Govinda was outside India.

Govinda and Sunita Ahuja have been at the centre of reports surrounding an alleged marital dispute, including claims about Govinda's alleged extramarital affair with actress Komal Rani Swarnkar. Amid the ongoing buzz, Govinda, who was in the US, returned to Mumbai late at night to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with his family. However, his wife Sunita skipped the celebrations and was not seen with them.
Interestingly, on Monday, Sunita celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with her children, Tina Ahuja and Yashvardhan Ahuja. She also told the paparazzi that Govinda was absent from the celebrations at the time as he was not in India.

However, despite Govinda's return to Mumbai, Sunita was notably absent from the latest Ganpati celebrations, while their children were present. The actor went directly to his family to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha. Govinda participated in the festivities alongside Tina and Yashvardhan and offered prayers during the Ganpati darshan.

Govinda On His Family’s Tradition Of Ganpati Celebrations
Speaking to ANI, Govinda reflected on his family’s long-standing tradition of celebrating Ganpati. He shared that the tradition was passed down by his mother and that he has been following it for years. Now, his son Yashvardhan is also carrying the family tradition forward.
Govinda also offered prayers for Yashvardhan’s prosperous future and expressed his blessings for his daughter, Tina Ahuja.
However, while speaking about the family’s Ganpati tradition, the actor made no mention of his wife Sunita, who was notably absent from the celebrations.
Amid the controversy, Govinda and Sunita have reportedly unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Govinda has also issued a legal notice against false reports and AI-generated content about his personal life, warning of legal action and Rs 100 crore claims.
