Samantha Ruth Prabhu's first production venture, Subham, is all set to release on May 9, 2025. However, the preview shows started in Hyderabad from May 7, 2025, and the audience, who have watched the movie, are posting their reviews on X (Twitter). Well, the film has received mostly positive reviews from netizens.

A netizen tweeted, "Just stepped out of the theatre after watching #Subham, and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! It’s not your usual comedy — it’s a wonderfully weird, heartwarming ride packed with innocence and inventive storytelling. @Samanthaprabhu2 #Subham (sic)."

The netizen wrote, "#Subham story had so much potential on Paper But....... I know why #Samantha produced it! Loved the entertaining and few thrilling moments. My heart couldn't accept the fact that It could've been so much better."
