Bollywood actor Priyanka Chopra has sold multiple luxury apartments in the prestigious Oberoi Sky Garden, located in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, for a total sum exceeding Rs 13 crore. According to official property records accessed by IndexTap.com, the transactions were registered on March 3, 2025.
The properties were purchased by various members of the Sachdeva family. Among the transactions, Flat No. 1801/A, measuring 1,075 sq. ft., was acquired by Shruti Gaurav Sachdeva for Rs 3,45,11,500, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 17,26,000. Another unit, Flat No. 1801/C, spanning 885 sq. ft., was sold to Sneha Dang Sachdeva for Rs 2,85,00,000, incurring a stamp duty of Rs 14,25,000.
Additionally, Flat No. 1901/C, covering 1,100 sq. ft., was purchased by Ronak Triloka Sachdeva for Rs 3,52,00,000, with a stamp duty payment of Rs 21,12,000. The largest transaction involved Flat No. 1801/B and 1901/B, with a combined area of 1,985 sq. ft., which was bought by Rajini Trilok Sachdeva for Rs 6,35,00,000, along with a stamp duty payment of Rs 31,75,000.
Each apartment comes with at least one designated car parking space, and the per-square-foot rate for the transactions ranged between Rs 31,990 and Rs 32,203. The sale of these premium residences underscores the sustained demand for high-end real estate in Mumbai’s Lokhandwala area, a neighbourhood known for its upscale living and celebrity residents.
