Alia Bhatt’s Production Firm Leases Property In Mumbai’s Pali Hill For ₹9 Lakh Per Month

Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd, a production house co-directed by Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt’s family members, has leased out a premium property in Bandra’s upscale Pali Hill area. The company has entered into a leave and license agreement for Unit No. 602, located on the sixth floor of Vastu Building on Nargis Dutt Road.

According to data sourced by IndexTap.com, a real estate data-driven platform, the agreement was registered on February 21, 2025. The licencee, Narendra Shetty, has leased out the unit from Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd at a starting monthly rent of ₹9 lakh. Additionally, a security deposit of ₹36 lakh has been paid.

Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd is headed by Soni Mahesh Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt. The firm has been actively involved in producing films and digital content, further expanding its footprint in the entertainment industry.
