'I Am Absolutely Fine': Arjun Bijlani Addresses 'Minor' Car Accident, Says Vehicle Needs Repair- VIDEO

Arjun Bijlani recently met with a minor car accident, leaving fans concerned about his health. Addressing the concerns through an Instagram video, the actor assured everyone that he is doing absolutely fine, while revealing that his car sustained some damage and needs to be repaired.

Arjun said, “Hey guys, I am absolutely fine.” He also thanked his friends and family for checking in on him following the accident. “I wanted to thank my friends and family who have been calling me and asking about my health. I am absolutely fine,” he added.

Calling the incident a “very minor accident,” Arjun said, “Of course the car needs to be fixed. But don't worry, I have insurance.” He concluded the video by thanking his fans for their love and concern, saying, “Thank you for all the love and take care.”

Arjun Bijlani met with a car accident in Mumbai on Thursday, August 20, while returning from the shoot, where he had gone to promote his upcoming Netflix series Chumbak Colony. Reports stated that the actor was travelling back from the promotional appearance when his car met with an accident. Arjun and the others travelling with him escaped unhurt, with no major injuries reported.

Lately, Arjun Bijlani has been balancing television and OTT projects. He was last seen in Laughter Chefs – Unlimited Entertainment Season 3, where he was part of the reality show's cast and later hosted episodes during Bharti Singh’s maternity break. He also emerged as the winner of Rise & Fall in October 2025.

On the fiction front, Arjun is now gearing up for his Netflix debut with Chumbak, an ensemble family comedy created by Sarabhai vs Sarabhai creator Aatish Kapadia. The series stars Arjun alongside Neena Gupta, Deven Bhojani, Helly Shah, Manasi Parekh and others, and is set to premiere on August 28, 2026. Arjun had earlier described his Netflix debut as an “out-of-the-world feeling.”
