'Hence, Proved': Taapsee Pannu Takes Subtle Dig At Kangana Ranaut After Her 'Sasti Copy' Remark Amid Upbringing Jibe

Actress Taapsee Pannu, who is currently gearing up for her upcoming Netflix film Gandhari, recently took a jibe at Kangana Ranaut's upbringing, saying that their differing views reflect their respective upbringings and ways of perceiving things. Her remarks have now reignited the actresses' long-running feud.

Following Taapsee's comments, Kangana did not hold back and hit back at the actress, calling her a 'sasti copy' and referring to Gandhari as a 'B-grade film.' Kangana also brought Taapsee's parents into the argument.

Taapsee Pannu Hits Back At Kangana Ranaut With Cryptic Note

Taapsee, however, appeared to respond to Kangana without directly taking her name. On Sunday, August 23, she took to her Instagram Stories and shared a cryptic message that read, "Hence, proved."

Although Taapsee did not mention anyone in the post, its timing came shortly after Kangana's latest attack, leading many to interpret the post as a subtle response to her comments.

Speaking to India Today, talking about their feud, Taapsee said, "I didn't meet her before when these so-called issues started. I haven't met her now as well. My opinion on her is reflective of my upbringing and my way of talking, my way of perceiving things and hers... she stands by hers. So, I think that's enough for everybody to look and decide who comes from where."

After taking a dig at Taapsee, Kangana later deleted the Instagram Story in which she had called the actress a 'sasti copy' and referred to Gandhari as a 'B-grade film.' The reason behind the deletion remains unknown.
