‘End This Sh*T Show’: Jhanak Leap Promo Fails To Impress Netizens; Riya Sharma And Arjit Taneja Enter As Leads

Jhanak, starring Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja, is all set for a leap. The show will take a 20-year leap, and Riya Sharma, Arjit Taneja, and Twinkle Arora will be seen as leads. On Tuesday (June 3, 2025), the first promo with the new leads was released, and it introduces Riya as the new Jhanak, and Arjit will be seen playing the role of a cop in the show.

However, the promo has failed to impress the netizens. A netizen tweeted, “End this shit show already Also if they wanted someone dusky they should've casted accordingly but why choose someone fair and then make her dusky?? (sic).”

Another X user wrote, “Leena only knows to copy her own shows Ishti kutum × kora pakhi × kusum dola = jhanak2 twinkle's character must be arijit's gf then same forced marriage track! Kaha phase gayi Riya (sic).”

One more netizen tweeted, “What a downgrade Man..baki sab chodo..but the leads no one could act..not even in teaser KrusHi are class apart..in terms of looks, talent, acting, screen presence they’ll always remain unmatched Leena ur downfall STARTS now (sic).”

Jhanak was not getting a great TRP, and a few months ago, there were reports that the show would take a leap. However, the leap was postponed, and now, finally, it has happened.

While the promo has failed to impress the netizens, it will be interesting to see what response Jhanak will get post the leap. Will the TRPs get better? Let’s wait and watch.
