'Dogs Bark From Behind': Nikki Tamboli SLAMS Trolls For Accusing Her Of Betraying Faisu In Celebrity MasterChef

Nikki Tamboli, currently seen in the cooking-based reality show Celebrity MasterChef India, recently faced accusations of betraying Faisal Shaikh, aka Mr. Faisu, during one of the episodes. It all started when the actress repeatedly asked Faisu to hand over his key ingredient, prawns, in exchange for her brown rice syrup. Despite his repeated refusals, she eventually managed to exchange the ingredients through barter. However, when it was Faisu's turn to request an exchange, Nikki refused to give her ingredients in return, leaving him disappointed. Judges Farah Khan and Ranveer Brar also taunted him, saying, "Lesson learnt."

Reacting to the backlash, Nikki took to her X (Twitter) handle on Tuesday to slam the trolls, telling them to "get a life." The 28-year-old actress wrote, "There’s a lot I have been reading about me betraying. Can someone explain me the exact meaning of betrayal #MasterChef is not about who make the best food out of the best ingredients it’s about who makes the best when u got the least. Shifting from dessert to savoury takes guts which I proved to myself. Nobody offers me a trophy if I'm not winning it. Isn’t that a betrayal too?"

"Stop being hypocrite. It’s better to get a life and earn and make yourself proud instead of wasting your time on social media not even by showing ur true face. Dogs do bark from behind but it take guts to stand tall in front of them just like a lioness does in the jungle. Well just in case if you have been to a safari."

Reportedly, Anupamaa fame Gaurav Khanna has won the title of Celebrity MasterChef India.
