'Aren't They Encouraging Eve-Teasing Culture?': Gauahar Khan SLAMS Paps' Inappropriate Behaviour Towards Pragya Jaiswal In Viral Video

Gauahar Khan is known for voicing her strong opinions and never shies away from speaking up on important issues. Most recently, she lashed out at the paparazzi for their inappropriate behaviour towards actress Pragya Jaiswal in a viral video, which was captured when the actress attended Zayed Khan's birthday bash in Mumbai.

It all started when Pragya, dressed in a black bodycon dress, was posing for the paparazzi. As she finished posing and began to walk away, she could hear some of the paps inappropriately hooting her name and making strange noises, which clearly made her uncomfortable.

Gauahar Khan Calls Out Paps Behaviour

Reacting to this, on Monday, Gauahar took to her Instagram story and wrote, "Aren't the paps encouraging eve-teasing culture? It's not the first time. There are a lot of them who are respectful but there are also so many who constantly make lewd comments. I think this needs to be called out. Lines can't be crossed."

Pragya Jaiswal Yet To React

Pragya is yet to react to the incident, though the viral video has sparked widespread criticism of the paparazzi’s behaviour.

Gauahar, who is currently expecting her second baby with husband Zaid Darbar, had officially announced the news in April through a heartfelt post on her social media handle.

Flaunting her baby bump, she wrote in the caption, "Bismillah (baby emoji) !! Need your prayers and love (heart emoji) make the world dance by spreading love #GazaBaby2 #allahummabaarikfiihi."

Gauahar and Zaid welcomed their first son, Zehaan, in May 2023.

On the work front, Gauahar was last seen in the show Lovely Lolla, alongside Isha Malviya and Nikhil Khurana.
