Eligibility criteria:
The applicant must hold a Bachelor of Laws degree, including an Integrated Degree Course in Law, from an institution authorized by the Bar Council of India for advocacy.
Skills Required:
Writing proficiency
Strong research and analytical abilities
Computer knowledge, including expertise in using search engines and platforms such as e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, and Westlaw.
Age Limit:
The applicant must be between 20 and 32 years of age as of February 2, 2025.
Application fees:
The application fee is ₹500, plus applicable bank charges.
Payment Method:
- Only online payment is accepted.
- Payment must be made via the UCO Bank Payment Gateway.
No other forms of payment will be considered.
Applications submitted via mail will not be accepted.
Selection process:
Three Phases:
Part I - Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs): Tests legal knowledge and comprehension.
Part II - Subjective Written Test: Assesses writing and analytical skills.
Part III - Interview: Evaluates overall suitability for the role.
Part I and Part II sessions will be conducted on the same day across 23 cities in India.
