BSSC CGL 4 Notification 2025: The Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has issued an advertisement for 1,481 vacancies for various positions to be filled via the Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination (CGL). The application procedure begins on August 18 at bssc.bihar.gov.in.

As of August 1, 2025, candidates must be at least 21 years old but no older than 37. The upper age limit has been eased for reserved category candidates.

BSSC CGL 4 Notification 2025: Application fees

The application fees are as follows:

1. Unreserved/male candidates of the OBC and EBC categories/applicants from outside Bihar state: Rs 540

2. SC and ST (Bihar State)/ PWD/ Female candidates: Rs 135

BSSC CGL 4 Notification 2025: Selection process

This recruitment process will hold a two-stage selection procedure, a preliminary examination and a main exam, to hire qualified applicants. Applicants who complete both phases will be summoned to verify their documentation.

1. Preliminary Examination: The BSSC Graduate Level Preliminary Examination will be held to select qualified candidates for the main test. Those who have registered themselves will be allowed to take the preliminary exam.

2. Mains test: Based on the performance of applicants in the BSSC CGL Prelims test, a total times the number of openings will be selected to take part in the mains exam.
