AP POLYCET 2025: Final Phase Seat Allotment Result Out; Details Here

Andhra Pradesh's State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) has issued the last phase seat allotment results for the AP Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (AP POLYCET) 2025. The seat allocation results are now available on the official website, polycet.ap.gov.in, for applicants who took part in the last round of counselling.

Logging on to the official website with their hall ticket number, date of birth, and password allows aspirants to see and download their seat assignment order. Applicants are recommended to print the allotment letter for future use during the admissions process.

Those who have been assigned a seat must self-report through the candidate login page and physically report to the designated institution. Both procedures are required to confirm the admittance.

According to the most recent update, candidates who have been assigned seats in the final round must complete both online self-reporting and in-person reporting at their assigned college. These steps must be carried out between July 24 and 26, 2025. Failure to meet either condition will result in the forfeiture of the assigned seat.

AP POLYCET 2025: Documents required

The following original documents, as well as photocopies, must be brought by those reporting to colleges:

1. AP POLYCET 2025 hall ticket and rank card

2. SSC or equivalent examination mark sheet

3. Study certificates from Class 3 to Class 10

4. Caste certificate (if applicable)

5. Income certificate issued by the Mandal Revenue Officer

6. PH/NCC/CAP/Sports and Games certificates (if applicable)

7. Transfer certificate

How to check the final phase seat allotment result?

Step 1: Visit the official website of AP Polycet at polycet.ap.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the seat allotment link.

Step 3: After this, log in using the credentials such as hall ticket number, date of birth, and password.

Step 4: Now, the seat allotment order will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Download the allotment letter and take a printout of the same for future reference.
