The company’s joint venture, J. Kumar-SDPL (JV), has been awarded a Rs 2,360 crore contract by the National Highways Authority of India. The project involves building a 4-lane expressway, expandable to 8 lanes, enhancing connectivity to the proposed Vadhavan Port.

The project spans a design length of 32.180 km, connecting Vadhavan Port to Tawa Village on NH 48. As outlined in the annexure on page 2, the expressway will improve logistics efficiency and support port-led infrastructure development in Maharashtra.
