New Delhi: Enviro Infra Engineers is closing the financial year with a strong push into clean energy.

EIEL has won five projects with a total value of Rs 1,481 crore during March 2026. This adds significantly to its order book and improves revenue visibility for upcoming periods, signaling strong execution momentum at the end of the financial year.

A key highlight is the company’s entry into the battery energy storage systems segment, with Rs 1,070 crore worth of orders. As noted on page 2, these projects involve a combined capacity of 930 MWh, marking a scale-up in its renewable energy capabilities.

The newly secured projects extend EIEL’s footprint into Bihar, Assam, and Telangana. This geographic diversification positions the company in emerging infrastructure and energy markets, supporting both urban development and renewable integration.

Chairman Sanjay Jain indicated that the move into BESS aligns with India’s growing need for energy storage to stabilise grids and support renewable power. The company sees early-mover advantage in a segment that is still developing but critical for future infrastructure. The project wins underline EIEL’s transition toward a diversified infrastructure player, combining its core water business with growing capabilities in renewable energy and storage.
