Mumbai: With just five weeks remaining before the September 16 bid submission deadline for the proposed Rs 4,127.47-crore New Integrated Bombay High Court Complex at Bandra (East), one of the state's largest public infrastructure projects. The project, to be executed under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode, is expected to be completed within 60 months and will include a 10-year defect liability period. The project is under the Maharashtra Public Works Department (PWD).

Project Aims To Modernise Judicial Infrastructure
The project is expected to consolidate various judicial facilities into a modern integrated complex equipped with courtrooms and supporting infrastructure, replacing the space constraints faced by the existing Bombay High Court campus.

The Bandra complex is expected to provide improved facilities for judges, lawyers, litigants and court staff while integrating multiple court functions at a single location.
The bids are scheduled to be opened on September 18.The successful bidder will be responsible for the complete design, engineering, procurement and construction of the project, besides undertaking maintenance during the defect liability period.
The tender requires an earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs 20.63 crore.
