Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh): A fire broke out during a jaimala ceremony at Shaun Elize Hotel, one of Jabalpur's prominent venues, on Sunday.

A video of the incident has since gone viral, showing flames engulfing the stage. Hotel staff and guests working together to extinguish the fire. Fortunately, the blaze was brought under control before causing significant damage or injuries.

According to information, the fire started when sparklers, used for the celebration, accidentally ignited the stage decorations.

The bride and groom fled to safety as the flames spread, prompting guests and hotel staff to act swiftly to control the situation.

Using fire extinguishers and other resources, they managed to douse the fire before it could escalate.

The incident was reported to the fire department and police, but the blaze was already under control by the time they arrived, preventing a major tragedy.
