Two Villagers Mauled By Leopard In MP's Sheopur, Forest Team Sets Trap To Nab The Beast
A special team has been sent to catch the animal. People in nearby villages have been advised not to sleep outside at night and not to leave children alone.

Sheopur (Madhya Pradesh): Two villagers were seriously injured after a leopard attacked them in Sheopur on Monday.
The attack took place in Arod village under Agra police station limits.

According to information, the leopard had strayed from the nearby forest and entered the village. The injured were immediately taken to the Community Health Center in Vijaypur for treatment, where they are currently being looked after.
Following the attack, fear has spread across the village. The Forest Department team reached the spot and has started a search operation to locate the leopard.
DFO of the General Forest Division, K.S. Randha, said that both injured persons are getting proper treatment and have also been given financial assistance.
A cage is being placed to trap the leopard, which is said to be very aggressive. A special team has been sent to catch the animal. People in nearby villages have been advised not to sleep outside at night and not to leave children alone.
Villagers have expressed concern and demanded action from the Forest Department. They said wild animal movement in the area has increased recently. Officials have inspected the spot and urged people to stay alert and avoid going alone to forests or river areas.
