Man Falls Off Bike While Overtaking, Gets Crushed By Speeding Truck In MP's Chhatarpur; Shocking CCTV Surfaces

Chhatarpur (Madhya Pradesh): A man riding a bike died on the spot after he fell off his bike and came under the speeding truck in Madhya Pradesh's Chhatarpur on Thursday.

The entire incident was caught on a nearby CCTV camera, which shows a truck running over the victim after his bike slipped and he fell down.

According to the footage, the man was riding at high speed. While trying to overtake or control his bike, he suddenly lost balance and the bike slipped on the road.

At the same moment, a truck was approaching from the opposite direction. The man fell right in front of the truck, and before the driver could stop, the truck’s wheel ran over his head, causing his death on the spot.

The road accident occurred in Chhatarpur’s Hatwara area near Chowk Bazaar.

Locals rushed to the scene, but nothing could be done to save the man. The accident took place under the limits of City Kotwali police station. Police reached the location and started their investigation.

The CCTV footage has made it clear that the accident happened due to speeding and loss of control.

This tragic incident is a reminder of how dangerous rash driving can be and how even a small mistake on the road can turn fatal and even lead to loss of life.
