Caught On Camera: Celebratory Firing At Morena Toll Plaza Sparks Police Action, Four Arrested (WATCH)

Morena (Madhya Pradesh): Video of a celebratory fire by over a dozen people in Madhya Pradesh's Morena has gone viral. The incident took place at Rati Rampura Toll Plaza on Monday, where around two dozen individuals were seen, with some firing shots in the air. The video, secretly recorded by a bystander, was later shared on social media.

Police have registered a case against five individuals involved in the incident. Four accused were arrested from their homes the same night, while the fifth remains at large. Their weapons have been confiscated, and license cancellation proceedings are underway.

According to information, on Monday afternoon over a dozen people from a family gathered at the Rati Rampur Toll Plaza in the Morena district. Here, they were welcoming some person of interest. To celebrate his arrival, people started firing gunshots in the air. In the video it can be seen that a group of people are holding rifles in their hands and are firing shots in the air.

A bystander recorded the video and sent it to police. Arriving at the scene shortly, police identified five accused in the case and launched a manhunt to apprehend them. Four of the five accused were arrested late that same night; the fifth accused is on the run. Moreover, Superintendent of Police (SP) Sameer Saurabh informed that a letter has been sent to the District Collector, recommending the cancellation of the toll plaza contract held by the Rajouria family to prevent such incidents in the future.
