Bhopal's Muslim Autorickshaw Driver Waylaid, Brutally Beaten By Two Bikers; VIDEO
The autorickshaw driver was returning after meeting his ailing mother at Narmada Hospital.

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A Muslim autorickshaw driver was waylaid by two bikers and physically assaulted in the middle of the road in the state capital, Bhopal. The two miscreants also vandalised his vehicle.
The driver was returning from Narmada Hospital on Friday, carrying family in his autorickshaw. Two bikers stopped him and started asking where he was going. When the driver refused to tell him, the miscreants hurled religious slurs and started beating him. The passerby intervened and saved the innocent autorickshaw driver.
The victim driver narrated the entire ordeal in a video posted by nd_news_bhopal on the social media platform Instagram.

The autorickshaw driver, in the video, said he took his wife and other female members of the family to Narmada Hospital, located near 10 Number Market, on Friday to meet his ailing mother. They were returning home in the evening when two youths arrived on bikes and waylaid him. They started asking where he was taking the ladies. To which the driver said, "Tujhe kyu batau kaha le kar ja raha hu?" (Why should I tell you when we are going?"
"They hurled abuses at me, using religious slurs 'kat**. They then started to beat me in front of my wife and misbehaved with the family. They even broke the glass of my auto.
"Fortunately, passersby intervened and saved me; else they would have killed me here," said the driver.
