Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Bhopal residents in several areas will face power cuts on Saturday, August 2, 2025, due to planned construction and maintenance work. The State Transmission Company (STC) and electricity department will carry out these works in different parts of the city.

Below are the details of affected areas and power cut timings:

Area (East):
New Minal, Mogli Park, Minal D, E, F-Sector, Ed. Society, Mittal College, Avasthi Farm, Regal Estate, Sant Jude Ed. Society, Royal Homes, and nearby areas
Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Reason: Construction work by STC

Area (Kolar):
Shahid Saeed (Reliance Warehouse), Aryavritta Public Welfare Society (British Park), Green Meadows
Time: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Reason: Green Meadows tapping work

Area (North):
Sehore Naka, Phatak Road, CRP, Nagar Nigam Complex, Station Road, Sewa Sadan, T. Ward, Santji Kutiya
Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Reason: Construction work

Area (South):
Sarojini Naidu and all nearby areas
Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Reason: Construction work

Area (West):
Manisha Market, Shahpura A Sector, E-7 Ashoka Society, Basant Kunj, Maru Dwar Area, Aman Apartment, Cooperative Bank, Union Bank, Sarl Joint Care Hospital
Time: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Reason: Departmental work
