Bhopal: Govt Schools To Begin Admissions On March 20
New Academic Session From April 1

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The Directorate of Public Instruction has announced that admission process for the upcoming academic session in all government schools will take place from March 20 to March 31. The new session is scheduled to begin on April 1.
As part of the preparation, school teachers will reach out to students residing within their school’s catchment area to encourage re-enrollment.

In addition to academic classes, the School Education Department has planned a series of activities for students, including prayer meetings, where they will be taught about the National Anthem, the Madhya Pradesh Anthem, and significant historical anniversaries.
Students will also learn about the daily calendar and Panchang. For students in classes 8 to 11, temporary admission will be granted based on their exam performance. School officials have been instructed to complete the entire admission process within the designated timeline to ensure a smooth start to the new session.
Moreover, on April 4, a School Management and Development Committee meeting will be held across all government schools. Alumni will be invited to the event, where a detailed action plan for teaching and learning will be discussed. Schools will also organise cultural and sports activities as part of the event.
