Bhopal: ED Attaches Property Of Ex-NCL Senior Manager In Corruption Case
During investigation, CBI, ACB, Jabalpur, filed charge sheet against him and his wife Jyoti Pasari for amassing disproportionate assets to the tune of Rs 1.30 crore.

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Directorate of Enforcement (ED), Bhopal, has provisionally attached movable and immovable assets worth Rs 57.96 lakh belonging to Shailendra Pasari for possessing assets that were disproportionate to his known sources of income.
The ED launched investigation on the basis of FIR registered by CBI, Anti corruption bureau, Jabalpur, under sections of Prevention of Corruption Act, against Pasari, the then senior manager of Jayant Project, Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), in a corruption case.
During investigation, CBI, ACB, Jabalpur, filed charge sheet against him and his wife Jyoti Pasari for amassing disproportionate assets to the tune of Rs 1.30 crore.
ED investigation revealed that he had amassed huge movable and immovable properties in his name and in the name of his family members by depositing cash in his bank accounts and further laundered the same by creating fixed deposits in his own name and in the name of his family members.
Earlier, CBI had recovered cash of Rs 72.97 lakh from the residence, office and lockers of Pasari and his wife.
