The head of the political wing of the terrorist organisation Lashkar-e-Taiba, Maulana Kashif Ali, was shot dead in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Monday, claimed reports.

Islamabad: The head of the political wing of the terrorist organisation Lashkar-e-Taiba, Maulana Kashif Ali, was shot dead in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Monday, claimed reports. Ali was reportedly shot dead at his residence in Swabi.
Ali was leading Lashkar's Political Wing - Pakistan Markazi Muslim League (PMML). Notably, PMML was formed by Lashkar Chief Hafiz Saeed in 2024.

According to a report by Republic, the PMML head was shot dead at his doorstep with automatic weapons.
Ali's killing caused a massive outrage in Pakistan. The assailants managed to fled from the spot after shooting Ali. In the past one months, three LeT terrorists were reportedly killed, out of which two died in road accidents.
