On Thursday, a disturbing incident was reported from Firozabad in Uttar Pradesh. An old dilapidated building collapsed in broad daylight and filled the streets with rubble. A dog passing through this road lost its life in the incident, while a tenant met with a narrow escape. The case didn't witness any other causalities. However, bikes parked below the building got damaged as the structure collapsed.
The exact moment when the structure crushed down dramatically was recorded on a nearby CCTV camera. The visuals of the incident have surfaced online.

The video opened with showing a street (Chota Chauraha Doodh Wali Gali) with regular local movement before the building suddenly collapsed and turned into ashes.
It showed a dog approaching the road in front of the old building seconds before the devastating incident. The animal, which witnessed the structure shedding its bricks, tried to save itself by running toward the roadside. However, the dog lost its life.
As the building, said to be 100 years old, collapsed, a massive cloud of dust engulfed the entire area. The helpless dog, despite attempting to escape, was tragically crushed under the debris.
The fire department team was called immediately. MLA Manish Asija and local police also reached the spot.
A police official informed Dainik Bhaskar that this building had 16 shareholders, all living elsewhere.
