A metro coach carried ad stickers featuring rape convict Asaram Bapu. The case upset passengers and made them demand the officials to pull down these advertisements.
A lawyer shared visuals from the metro train featuring posters of the rape convict. No, they weren't random bills stuck by people. They rather appeared to be well fitted ads lined up on the walls of the public transport.
X user and lawyer 'The Legal Man' slammed the usage of Bapu's posters, who has rape charges against him. He called it shameful on the DMRC's part to have allowed such posters being displayed in the metro.

The much-appreciated and prompt reply, read, "DMRC has issued immediate instructions to the licensee to get these advertisements removed from the Metro premises at the earliest. The process of removal of these ads shall be started tonight. However, it may take some time for their removal from the system".
