A graphic designer's job update on X has sparked a discussion on workplace dynamics and gender inclusivity. A person named Mauryan shared his excitement about joining a company with no female employees, posting: "Finally joined a company with no women, and all my colleagues are 40+ in age. No drama, no politics. Apne kaam se kaam".

In his post, he shared a job update and mentioned he started working with a firm which had no women onboard and all his co-workers were middle aged and married. "Sab shadi shuda hai bhai, mujhe bhi leke (Everyone is married, bro, including me)", Mauryan wrote.

Well, why would anyone wish to work at a place with people only of their gender and not promote inclusivity at workspace? This X user's post didn't align with inclusive workspaces, instead it claimed companies with women onboard are subject to more drama and office politics. He announced joining a company with no woman and wrote, "No drama, no politics", suggesting these thoughts.

Mauryan dismissed the notion, replying, "Arre nahi, mast hai sab (No, everyone is good)."
