Video: Chris Gayle Unveils Trophy Ahead Of Pro Govinda League Season 3 In Mumbai

Veteran West Indian batter Chris Gayle unveiled the coveted Pro Govinda league's trophy on August 6, Wednesday, Mumbai as the Jamaican, who is the brand ambassador of the tournament attended the ceremony. A video of the same surfaced on social media as the West Indies cricketer was seen decked up in a stylish outfit.

The Pro Govinda League Season 3 Team Auction took place in the first week of July as the Jamaican's presence brought international attention to the tournament as it hopes to increase the appeal and fan following outside India. The competition has also attracted attention due to the prize money it brings with itself as the winners will walk away with ₹75 lakhs. The second-place side will get ₹50 lakhs, followed by ₹25 lakhs for the third place.
