The CBSE Cluster IX Basketball Tournament 2025 kicked off with great enthusiasm at Indira National School, Pune, starting from 20th July 2025. The event brought together top school teams from across the region, all vying for glory in a series of competitive and spirited basketball matches.

In the opening clash of the day, NEHS narrowly edged past JSPM in a nail-biting encounter, winning by just one point with a final score of 35-34. The second match saw PISK take control and register a solid 38-31 victory over STJB, showcasing great coordination and defense.

PIS dominated their third match against CSK, cruising to a 38-17 win with clinical execution on both ends of the court. In match four, DR SKH secured a comfortable 26-9 win against ABPSS, maintaining a steady lead throughout.

Match five witnessed a close competition where BVCL held off CHSG with a narrow margin, ending the game at 29-24. The sixth game was a high-scoring affair where INSW outclassed SISB with a thrilling 58-44 win, driven by excellent shooting form.

In match seven, APS managed to get past VPS in a closely fought game, sealing the victory at 24-21. RRVM continued the action in match eight with a confident 28-19 win over VPMS, keeping control of the game from start to finish.

The final match of the day featured PPS, who wrapped up the day with an impressive 32-19 victory over KLE, capping off an action-packed day of basketball.
