Shreyas Iyer Purchases Lavish 525 Sq Ft Apartment In Mumbai’s Upscale Worli Area For ₹2.90 Crore
The apartment measuring 525 sq ft, was sold for a whopping Rs 55,238 per sq ft and the cricketer paid a stamp duty of Rs 17.40 lakh in stamp duty besides Rs 30,000 as registration charges. The deal was registered on September 19.

Mumbai and India cricketer Shreyas Iyer, along with his mother Rohini, has purchased an apartment in Mumbai's Worli area for Rs. 2.90 crore. According to the property documents accessed by Zapkey, Shreyas and his mother acquired the apartment on the second floor of Triveni Industrial CHS in the Adarsh Nagar area.

Shreyas Iyer already owns a home in Lodha World Towers, one of the tallest buildings in Mumbai. Earlier this year, Shreyas Iyer joined the long list of Indian cricketers to invest in commercial properties.
Having last played for India in August during the ODI leg of Sri Lanka's tour of the subcontinent, Iyer will be looking to impress the selectors in the Irani Cup where he will represent Ranji champions Mumbai to be captained by Ajinkya Rahane against the Rest of India team to be helmed by Ruturaj Gaikwad.
