In response to KKR's score of 174, RCB's opening duo of Phil Salt and Virat Kohli put on a show, racing to 80/0 in just 5 overs. Salt was particularly aggressive, smashing 56 runs off just 31 balls, including nine boundaries and two sixes. Kohli, meanwhile, played a more measured innings, scoring 59 runs off 36 balls. In the end, Virat Kohli and Liam Livingstone easily won the match for RCB.

Virat Kohli and RCB captain Rajat Patidar are steadily making runs for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Kohli has gone past the fifty runs mark and is currently looking in superb form. Currently, RCB are 127/2 at the end of 13 overs.
