India U-31 Wins Bronze, U-16 Finishes 4th At World Youth Championships
On the last day of the 19th World Youth Championships in Italy, two Indian teams were in contention for a podium finish. The u-16 kids lost the play off against France after two close sets. But French kids had a strong last set. This was the first time such young team from India had reached the Semis.

India u-31 were in the finals of another team event called Board A Match (BAM) The senior boys finished creditable 3rd amongst 24 teams and thus won the bronze.
