After being put in to bat, India posted 88 runs in their allotted six overs. Shashank Singh was among the standout performers with an explosive knock of 40 off just 11 deliveries, providing India with a strong finish.

However, Pakistan came out all guns blazing during their run chase. The Men in Green got off to a sensational start, smashing 31 runs without losing a wicket in the very first over.

Abbas Afridi took charge of the proceedings and went after Krunal Pandya, dispatching the Indian all-rounder for five sixes in the over. The onslaught put India under immediate pressure as Pakistan raced towards the target.

With 31 runs coming off the opening over, Pakistan made their intentions clear and threatened to take the contest away from India in the blink of an eye. Krunal and his teammates now face the challenge of pulling things back in the remaining overs of the six-a-side encounter.
