Pune: Another Fatal Accident At Navale Bridge Claims One Life

In yet another accident at the Navale Bridge, a speeding truck crashed into three cars and a two-wheeler that had stopped at a traffic signal. The collision resulted in the loss of life, as the rider of the two-wheeler, identified as Sandesh Khedekar (34 years), a resident of Katraj Kondhwa Road, Tilekar Nagar lost his life in the accident.

Navale Bridge has gained notoriety because of the frequent accidents on the bridge.

Just recently, a truck accident on the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway near Navale Bridge resulted in a fire that claimed the lives of four individuals, including a minor, while two others sustained injuries. The incident unfolded as a truck carrying corn stover lost control and collided with other vehicles, underscoring the need for increased safety measures on this route.
