Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Rural Police destroyed 4031.874 kg of drugs seized in 66 cases under the NDPS Act registered in 19 police stations in the district between 2012 and 2020 by burning them on Wednesday. The narcotic drugs, including marijuana and heroin, were burnt. The seized drugs were stored in the central godown at the police headquarters.
