Creativefuel, the marketing agency known for redefining advertising with its viral campaigns and meme-powered storytelling, has made a game-changing acquisition. The company has officially taken over two of India’s most iconic YouTube channels – Hasley India and Pataakha. This bold move marks a major step in Creativefuel’s mission to dominate the digital entertainment space.

What started as a casual conversation between Creativefuel’s founder, Tushar Sukhramani, and Ankit Madaan, the previous owner of the channels, quickly turned into a high-stakes deal. “Why don’t you sell Hasley India and Pataakha to us?” Sukhramani asked during a party. One week later, the deal was done.

“This isn’t just an acquisition – it’s a power move,” Sukhramani declared in his first LinkedIn post. The founder further said that Hasley India has been a launchpad for some of the biggest creators in the country, including Harsh Beniwal and Ashish Chanchlani, while Pataakha has carved out a fearless, unapologetic space for bold storytelling.

Founded in Indore, Creativefuel has rapidly built a reputation as a marketing powerhouse, blending creativity with technology to drive impact. The agency boasts a staggering network reach of over 200 million and the ability to produce 100+ user-generated reels and 5,000+ memes daily. Its expertise in viral content creation has led to successful collaborations with top brands like realme, Amazon miniTV, Vision11, My11Circle, Applause Entertainment, Myntra, Sony Liv, and JioHotstar.

The company’s co-founder and Tushar’s brother, Nikhil Sukhramani echoed excitement and said that the move would bring massive distribution to its content. “With this, our ideas & content will get a massive distribution, the team is looking forward to create some crazy Ips,” he said.

Hasley India boasts a subscriber base of over 2 million while Pataakha has over half-a-million subscribers on YouTube.

Hasley India has long been a go-to destination for relatable, youth-centric content, shining a light on relationships, adulthood, and everyday struggles. Pataakha, meanwhile, has built a loyal following with its empowering, women-centric narratives. Together, these channels have captured the pulse of India’s digital audience—and now, Creativefuel is now gearing up to take the level a notch up.

“To the brilliant minds who built these legendary channels – massive respect. And to the creators stepping into this new era with us – let’s make history,” Tushar proclaimed. With humble beginnings from a place like Indore, the founders believe that one doesn’t need a big city to make a big impact but only hard work, dedication and perseverance. The acquisition marks a significant move in India’s digital landscape and will be interesting to see how the new team shapes up the content.
