Reel Shoot Gone Wrong! Panic In Navi Mumbai As Hand Seen Hanging From Car Boot, Police Finds It Was Laptop Promo Stunt; Watch VIDEO

Navi Mumbai police got into action after a resident shot a video of a hand hanging out of the boot of a car that was being driven between Vashi and Sanpada railway stations.

A resident of Navi Mumbai, spotted a car in which a hand was hanging outside the boot which he immediately shot and was circulated. The video reached the police after which Navi Mumbai police and crime branch team got into action and started tracing the vehicle. The video was shot on Monday evening at around 6.45 pm. By around 8.30 pm, the police traced the car near Ghatkopar and found that around three boys were making ‘reel’ for promoting their laptop.

“The boys were from Mumbai and had come to Navi Mumbai for a marriage when they made the reel. We have apprehended them and have verified the facts and there is no suspicious element in this,” assistant commissioner of police (crime branch) Ajay Landge said.

The police got all the videos that they captured and verified. They found that the content of the reel was to show the hand hanging out first when a biker stops the car and asks to open the boot. The boy whose hand was out then opens the boot declaring, ‘Got afraid? But am not dead. Am alive. However, listen to the amazing ‘offer’ that we have on laptop.’

At the time of going to press, no FIR was registered and the police still continue to conduct inquiry with the boys.
