Navi Mumbai: In response to the overwhelming enthusiasm shown by citizens, CIDCO's Inclusive Housing Scheme within the Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Area (NAINA) has seen its online registration deadline extended until October 27, 2023. This extension aims to ensure that a maximum number of citizens can take advantage of the scheme's benefits. The online lottery draw for this scheme is scheduled for November 22, 2023.
Under the approved Development Control and Promotion Regulations (DCPR) of the NAINA project, provisions have been made for the development of housing units catering to economically weaker sections and lower income groups. These units are designed for plots with an area of 4,000 square meters or more. Consequently, 20% of the total plot area within the NAINA project has been allocated to private developers for the construction of tenements dedicated to economically weaker sections and lower income groups. On September 19, 2023, a housing scheme consisting of 181 tenements was launched, comprising 17 tenements for the economically weaker section and 164 tenements for the low-income group, which are now available for sale.
About CIDCO's Eligibility Criteria For Lottery
It is essential to note that CIDCO's role is limited to selecting eligible applicants through a lottery draw and subsequently providing the list of eligible applicants to the developers. For online registration and other relevant processes, please visit the website: https://lottery.cidcoindia.com.
Additionally, the extension for online registration applies to various other stages, including application submission, payment processing, publication of the draft list of applicants, and the computerized lottery draw.
