Navi Mumbai: Bhakti Shakti Railway Commuter Bhajan Competition 2025 To Be Held On Feb 23
The competition will take place on Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 7 AM to 7 PM at CIDCO Auditorium.

In an effort to promote devotional group singing among daily commuters, the Bhakti Shakti Railway Commuter Bhajan Competition 2025 has been organized in Navi Mumbai. The event is being conducted for the second time and is jointly organized by the Navi Mumbai Rehabilitation Social Organization, Chhatrapati Shivaray Bhajan Mandal (Vashi), Shri Sant Tukaram Maharaj Railway Commuter Bhajan Mandal (Vashi), and Navvidha Bhakti Seva Samiti Harbour Line.
The competition will take place on Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 7 AM to 7 PM at CIDCO Auditorium. Railway commuter bhajan groups from the Central, Western, and Harbour railway lines within the MMRDA region will be participating for the competition.
Speaking about the event, the organizers stated, “Navi Mumbai is often described as a city that blends modernity with spirituality. Enhancing its spiritual atmosphere, the competition will witness the participation of railway commuter bhajan groups that uphold social responsibility through devotional singing traditions.”

The winners of the competition will be awarded cash prizes, with Rs11,011 for the first prize, Rs 8,011 for the second prize, and Rs 5,011 for the third prize, along with nine consolation prizes.
The event will be attended by state Forest Minister and Guardian Minister of Palghar, Ganesh Naik. Former MLA Sandeep Naik and former local municipal corporator Fashibai Karsan Bhagat will also be part of the event.
