Mumbai Shocker! 55-Year-Old Dies During Same-Sex Encounter; Partner Arrested For Negligence
According to the police, the deceased became unconscious during the encounter. However, instead of seeking medical help, his partner fled the scene, leaving him unattended. The man was later found dead.

Mumbai: In a shocking incident in Kalbadevi, Mumbai, a 55-year-old man died during a same-sex encounter. The Lokmanya Tilak (LT) Marg police arrested his 34-year-old partner on March 17, charging him with negligence leading to death. The incident reportedly occurred in February.
According to the police, the deceased became unconscious during the encounter. However, instead of seeking medical help, his partner fled the scene, leaving him unattended. The man was later found dead.

During the investigation, the police discovered that the accused had also stolen the deceased's mobile phone before fleeing. Both the accused’s and the victim’s phones were later seized by the police as part of the investigation. The LT Marg police have booked the accused for negligence causing death and are continuing the probe into the incident.
