Mumbai Real Estate Update: Bandra West To Get ₹1,500 Crore Luxury Redevelopment Project Near Carter Road

Mumbai, August 24, 2026: Mumbai-based luxury real estate developer has secured development rights for an approximately one-acre land parcel off Carter Road in Bandra West, with an estimated revenue potential of around Rs 1,500 crore.

Carter Road Project Details

The proposed development to be undertaken by Supreme Universal. The said real estate company has previously developed projects in Carter Road and Pali Hill.

The project assumes significance given the scarcity of sizeable developable land along the Bandra West coastline. The location is expected to offer residents expansive views of the Arabian Sea while combining large-format residences with private outdoor spaces and a broad lifestyle-oriented amenity offering.

The development is being conceptualised as one of the taller residential towers in the neighbourhood, with the design centred on privacy, open spaces and views of the sea. Every residence is planned to have a private sea-facing terrace, while the project will also feature a large ocean-facing terrace garden.

Luxury Amenities Planned

The proposed amenity mix includes a pickleball court, private dining rooms, banquet hall, resort-style spa, conference and co-working facilities, wellness and fitness centre, private cinema theatre and an expansive ocean-facing terrace garden.
