Mumbai: Passenger Reservation System To Undergo Maintenance On Feb 8-9
The railway administration requests passengers to plan their bookings accordingly and cooperate with this essential maintenance work.

The Mumbai Passenger Reservation System (PRS) will undergo scheduled maintenance from 11:45 PM on February 8, 2025, to 3:15 AM on February 9, 2025. This maintenance is necessary for disk defragmentation work.
During this period, several critical railway services will be temporarily unavailable, including, Passenger Reservation System (PRS), Coaching refund services, Charting activities, Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), Current reservation services, Chart display Touch screen information kiosks, Refund counters and Coaching refund terminals.
Additionally, internet booking for Mumbai PRS trains will not be available during this period.
However, passengers requiring refunds can still submit a Ticket Deposit Receipt (TDR) as per existing refund rules.
