Mumbai: In a shocking incident in Borivali, a 79-year-old man has been booked for killing a pet cat by throwing it from the fifth floor of a residential building. The incident was captured on CCTV, prompting swift police action.

According to the complaint, the Mhatre family, residents of Krishna Classic building in Borivali West, owned a cat named Chocolate.
Alleged Assault and Murder
CCTV footage showed fellow resident Vilas Pathare first beating the cat with a stick before pushing it off the fifth-floor balcony.
