Mira-Bhayandar: MBMC Implements CM Devndra Fadnavis' 7-Point Agenda; Introduces QR-Supported Community Voice Boxes For Grievance Redressal
The Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation (MBMC) has implemented the seven-point agenda chalked out by chief minister-Devendra Fadnavis for bureaucrats which primarily focuses on streamlining government processes, ensuring office efficiency and improving the daily lives of citizens.

Mira-Bhayandar: The Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation (MBMC) has implemented the seven-point agenda chalked out by chief minister-Devendra Fadnavis for bureaucrats which primarily focuses on streamlining government processes, ensuring office efficiency and improving the daily lives of citizens.
The chief minister, who addressed key officials including divisional commissioners, district collectors, municipal commissioners, administrators, police commissioners and superintendents of police from across the state via video conferencing on Tuesday, outlined specific instructions to be followed over the next 100 days.
Aimed at addressing citizen grievances, improve service delivery and create a more efficient and responsive government, the key directives in CM’s 7-point agenda includes- website revamp, focus of ease of living, cleanliness drives, zero pending tasks, entrepreneurial support, and upgrading citizen amenities, regular review and close monitoring of projects.
“Apart from launching various infrastructure developmental projects and putting extra efforts to keep the twin-city clean, green and beautiful, we have set up various modes of complaint redressal mechanism like the 'Dear Commissioner' initiative. The latest addition is quick response (QR) code supported 'community voice boxes' at strategic locations. Citizens can either voice their grievances, suggestions and queries by simply dropping letters in the box or send them online by scanning the QR code. Members from a specially formed committee will directly interact with citizens to resolve their grievances, dispense satisfactory replies to queries and consider feasible suggestions.” said municipal commissioner- Sanjay Katkar.
In addition to surprise visits for assessing the effectiveness of the measures listed in the CM’s 7-point agenda, a meeting will be held by the state government authorities on 25, April, 2025 to review the progress and ensure accountability of concerned officials.
