Mumbai: On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis participated in a celebratory event held in Mulund on Saturday. The event witnessed several women tying rakhis to the Chief Minister as a symbolic gesture of sibling bond.

Similarly, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh wishes on the occasion, emphasising the festival's significance beyond the traditional rakhi thread, as reported by news agency ANI.
