Speaking to the media, Thackeray criticised the ruling coalition, saying, “The country is witnessing an era of chaos. We must restore true Hindutva, nationalism, and listen to the grievances of the people. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj never preached hatred against other religions. Those who have distorted Hindutva for political gain should be exposed. I can provide examples of their opportunistic love for Muslims during elections.”
