Dreamy Ambar Bagh lehenga
Sindhu’s choice for one of the wedding ceremonies was an ethereal seafoam green lehenga from the House of Masaba, named the Ambar Bagh Lehenga. Every element of this outfit told a story, making it more than just a garment—it was a blend of her memories and achievements.
The lehenga skirt was adorned with intricate motifs, including trees and traditional Sehra designs, created through delicate dhagai and dori embroidery.
Adding a contemporary twist to tradition, Sindhu paired the lehenga with a sheer kurta blouse layered over an embroidered bustier, creating a soft yet structured silhouette. The ensemble was paired with a tissue dupatta woven with gota and foil details, gracefully draped over her shoulders.

What made Sindhu’s look truly unforgettable were the personalised details incorporated into her attire. The outfit featured symbolic embroidery inspired by her love story and passion for badminton. Tiny badminton racquets, shuttlecocks, and gold medals were delicately incorporated into her jewellery, including her iconic Tokyo Olympic bronze and Rio Olympic silver medals. Additionally, paper aeroplanes added a whimsical touch, symbolising the couple's shared journey.
The accessories complemented the outfit beautifully. The Olympic champion opted for a gold matha patti, a custom paranda (braid ornament), dangling pearl earrings, and layered necklaces featuring crescent and chain motifs. A unique knuckle ring adorned with metal charms and a haath phool rounded off her look. Her hair, styled in a traditional braid, and minimal makeup let the ensemble shine in all its glory.
