The concept of Invisible Saraswati
In Hindu mythology, Saraswati is mainly recognised as a hidden or "subterranean" river. According to a Hindu belief, outside Mana village, the Saraswati runs completely beneath the surface and mysteriously combines with the visible Ganga and Yamuna rivers at the Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj. Nonetheless, witnessing the watercourse emerge from its natural mountain origin is uniquely exclusive to Mana.
